As soon as the band have audio or video ready to share, you will be the first to receive an email to enjoy whatever they have in store, way before the rest of the world. Rest assure no one will know before you do.
WILL WE HAVE THE CHANCE TO MEET THE BAND WITHOUT PAYING ANYTHING ELSE?
Absolutely. As long as you are physically at a venue where Änglagård is playing, you will have the chance to meet them either before or after the show. Further details will be notified when the shows are apporaching, via our Fan Club Newsletter.

Please double check the billing address and the information of the credit card you entered. Sometimes the PayPal gateway fails to authenticate the validity of the info and gives an internal error but doesn't show any info on the screen. WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER ORDERING/SHIPMENT?
Please check your Spam Folder — 99% of the time, you will find it there. It’s also possible that you entered the wrong email address. If you still have problems, please email us at email@example.com
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FAN CLUB PACKAGE/ORDER?
Domestic Shipping (US): Our domestic carrier is USPS. The shipping timeframes provided during the checkout procedure are estimates only. The typical delivery timeframe for USPS is three (3) to ten (10) business days. If you have not received your delivery, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase for us to figure out what happened.
International Shipping (Outside the US): The shipping timeframes provided during the checkout procedure are estimates only. The typical delivery timeframe for international orders is two (2) to four (4) weeks but please allow up to six (6). If you have not received your delivery, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase for us to figure out what happened.
Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.
A Note to Customers Living outside the United States: If you order is for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All our orders are processed via PayPal Express Checkout. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to complete a checkout. You can use any of your credit cards as you normally use to do any online purchase. If you do have a PayPal account we encourage you to sign in and pay using your account.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. We use PayPal Express Checkout as our payment gateway which employs the latest encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card and password information while we are processing your order. We do not store your credit card information, all the payment process is handled by PayPal.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER?
The Fan Club Store processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING?
Customer shipping cost is based on the weight of the Fan Club Package and the customer location, and it is automatically calculated using the USPS Web Tools API price calculator.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact us at email@example.com and return the product within 30 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace or refund the merchandise without additional charge upon return.
If you have ordered incorrectly or are not happy with your purchase, you can return your Fan Club Package including all the shipped items. Please note the T-Shirt MUST be unworn and all the contents MUST be in perfect condition, otherwise the package will be re-shipped back to you and no refund will be issued. On ANY return not as a result of our errors, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment, including a $5.00 restocking fee. Also be mindful that your annual membership will be voided and you won't receive any of the perks associated to the Fan Club Membership.

- The reason of your return
- How you would like us to handle your return or exchange
We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service that provides tracking or insurance, we won't be responsible for packages lost in their way back to us.
